Gravity of Light
Imagine pillars of sunlight streaming in
through a canopy of leaves overhead.
You look up and bathe in a beam
wide enough to illuminate your face
while slowly letting the layers of identity fall away.
Eventually, only awareness
& the warmth of sunlight remain
comingling before
merging.
There is another kind of light beyond the physical:
A luminous nirvana of that created everything in creation,
including you.
There are countless ways to arrive at this inner clearing,
all as natural as going for a walk in a sunlit wood.
Slowly but surely, consciousness opens a channel
capable of receiving the shining force of creation.
Then we begin to see the world with brighter eyes
that transfigure the finite forms of fabricated reality
into a prismatic field of vibrating pixels
eagerly awaiting to televise
our highest dreams and noblest ideals.
