Satsang in the City
It's called satsang, which might sound strange to some people, but it's just a Sanskrit word that means getting together and talking about the real meaning of life and how to live it well.
Each evening is a unique and special gathering that may involve any number of the following activities:
- Spiritual light and other enlightening energies drawn from above that help awaken you in the moment
- Meditative instruction and tamboura droning to ease you into the necessary state of receptivity
- An opportunity to ask questions and share in the discussion
- Free books, artwork, and other great giveways
- Plus much, much more
WHEN: The last Thursday evening of each month, from 7–9 PM (Doors open at 6:45 pm). Check the calendar to confirm we are meeting. Visit our Meetup site to RSVP.
WHERE: 6 St. Joseph Street, 3rd floor. (a convenient short walk up Yonge Street, one block north of Wellesley Subway station)
- Everyone welcome
- Free to attend
- Gift exchanges encouraged
- Donations gratefully accepted
"The best chief is not the one who persuades people to share his point of view. It is instead the one in whose presence most people find it easiest to arrive at the truth."
