Sessions are in three formats: brief, focussed, and in-depth sessions.

If you need a quick answer or immediate advice, then choose a brief session, which lasts 15 minutes.

If you need to delve deeper, then choose a focussed session, which lasts 30 minutes.

If you need to explore longer, then choose an in-depth session, which lasts 60 minutes.
